I'd like to see them colorize all ther black and white Pertwee episodes. By this point colorization has become so cheap and common place.

It might be cheap but it is incredibly time consuming. That error with Ambassadors of Death has pushed it back a whole year.

As to blu-ray, only Spearhead from Space and The Movie could be cheaply upgraded and easily. Every other story would take a lot of time and money to upgrade as it was not made on film.

Yeah I always thought colourization was taking the episode, frame by frame, colouring it like a picture, then crazy gluing it all back together so its the episode looks in colour. Must take the patience of a God if so!

It is in principle, but done digitally, however, the hard bit is checking for "chroma dots" which are little bits of colour data that have survived the process of conversion to black and white which is how they tell what colour to make it. They exist on all episodes except from one from Ambassadors and part "Invasion Part One" as it should be technically be called.
