They've never stopped doing a good job. People just jump them when they don't make any announcements.

I meant they quite often take ages to release stuff but this lots actually being released on time and pretty sharpish too by the looks of things, their design quality is often good, not always their QC quality ironically but the product design is often good

I get what you mean, but it's nothing different, really. All they've done is waited to make the announcement a lot closer to the release date.

I too checked on google typing "bbc shop locations", and theres no BBC shop Cardiff on the list so no I don't think there is one
