According to subscribers of Monster Invasion, issue 9 has a picture of a card from the second set of cards Madame Kovarian (number 185). This would suggest that the new set of cards are coming out in a few weeks time. Also, in a press release at the launch of the cards they confirmed that the second set would contain 180 new cards.

So what are your thoughts on the new set of cards (even if we only know one of them so far)?

I think they'll contain all the chracters from Series 6A and possibly some cards from Series 6B.

If it is released with issue 9 (with subscribers being left out for now) then it would be after the broadcast of Let's Kill Hitler possibly meaning cards from that (with no cards being included for subscribers to avoid potential spoilers).

Someone on another site contacted them about this, set two will be released on the 28th of September with issue 11, which wil include two packs of cards from that set.

If you look closely there are Eleventh Doctor (in football kit), Tenth Doctor (The End of Time, by the looks of things), Dalek Drone and Nephew cards

This tin comes with an exclusive official signed Rory card. There is also a card signed by Matt SMith free with Issue 11 and if you are a subscriber and ask for it a signed Amy Card.

I will get the Matt and Rory but I dont want to subscribe just for one card...
