I only have the US version of S12, but the errors were caught by the time I ordered mine (early ones were missing archival PDFs, and Michael Wisher's name misspelled in Revenge of the Cybermen credits). I read that the US S19 (or Tom Baker S7) mistakenly converted the last 2 episodes of The Keeper of Traken at 30p instead of 60i. There may be others on the other sets. (Blu-Ray.com's forums for each set are a good place to keep track of them.)
I hear the US release dates on the more recent sets have a later release date baked in to allow them more time to correct errors than the earlier sets had.
S23 (Colin S2) doesn't come out in the US until the first week in December, so time will tell as far as Samsung/Sony player compatibility goes.
