The 40th collection looks very cool. I'm almost tempted to jump back into Star Wars collecting for it.

Many website will be selling the wave boxes. There’s 3 waves, plus the deluxe Probe Droid and the Snowspeeder

Wave 1: Han, Leia, Luke, Yoda, AT-AT Driver
Wave 2: Lando, Hoth trooper, Snowspeeder Luke, R2-D2, TIE Pilot
Wave 3: Boba Fett, Darth Vader, Dagobah training Luke

Training Luke is also rumoured to be released in a double back with a yoda backpack, similar to the recently release Chewbacca and C-3PO

Also, new rumours: there will be a Beskar armour Mano, Incinerator Trooper, Moff Gideon, Endor Han, Luke, Leia, Rogue One Stormtrooper, Clone Wars Clone Trooper, Kamino Trooper, Admiral Akbar and Teebo

Multiple sources really. Follow the black series subreddit, all the latest rumours are on there. I believe they mostly come from a user called yak_face on insta

The first time listings for boba and Vader came out was months ago, before wave 2 was even rumoured, infact they were originally rumoured for wave 2. Also new store product listings list the Vader and training Luke for their red box releases too

EDIT: Yakface has also apparently confirmed a carbonised Boba Fett too
