How about a Stolen Earth/Journeys End six figure set containing
.Donna Noble (New Sculpt)
.Crucible Dalek (x2)
.Sarah Jane Smith (New Sculpt) with sonic lipstick
.Juddon Trooper
.Damaged Caan

Too many new sculpts though.

Not really although they could use Sarah Jane with Graske version of her just put a jacket one her

But that requires a whole new sculpt/mould. To make a whole new figure costs well over £10,000 so you can understand CO being a bit picky on making three new sculpts/moulds (even if they have some parts of them already).

They could make one, maybe two at a push as it is a new series release.

they might still have issues with two new sculpts. if they were to make a new sculpt it should be caan because we have a donna and SJ but we dont have a caan

The Tenth Doctor (End of Time headsculpt same body from previous)
Davros (A wash on his jacket and a darker black on his skirt)
Crucible Dalek (Same)
Supreme Dalek (Darker Red)

It's a good idea, but personally i'd want to see the Tenth Doctor with better arm articulation, including cut biceps and hands that can swivel. Then, I'd have my ideal figure.

Well as the rest of the set is identical I cannot see why they could not do it.

To be honest, the problem with the 'Stolen Earth Set' wasn't so much the colours, it was the finishes on the figures.
The Supreme and Davros had matt finishes, which were wrong, as they should've been shiny (for Davros at least) and the Supreme should've been a more pinky/orangey red, see here:

I got this set, but didn't really like it - the only good figure was Davros. The design for the Supreme Dalek, no offence to the Design team in RTD's era... but it was kind of RUBBISH.
