the likeness is alright, but the lack of scarf spoils it a little bit.

yeah absolutely needs the hat and scarf. this was one of my first who figures years and years ago along with davros and i lovd them then and now, but no hat or scarf....even dapol should have realized how iconic they are... :roll:

I think it is based on the Robot costume because of the diamonds on his jumper

I think I actually want this, I have the 7th Doctor with no umbrella. :)

I think maybe they were stuck whether to sculpt it, have it as fabric or what, so they never bothered?
