Yesterday we reported on a scene with Amy and Rory arguing and it appears the trouble between the pair is bigger than we thought.

Seen on the set today was a prop of Amy and Rory’s divorce papers. It is believed that Rory gets on a bus with an envelope containing them.

It looks as though the Ponds will not be on the best of terms with each other for the first couple of episodes then! Thanks to the Series 7 trailer we know that in episode 3, the pair seem to be getting along OK again, so perhaps the Doctor reunites them?

It's not a false rumour. The prop divorce papers were seen on set.

I think this is just for shock value, as you say. It seems a bit unrealistic for Amy and Rory. What is Moffat thinking? Now is when I start hating him!

If it's acted out well though, he may get some forgiveness.

Yeah I'm sick of it at this point because it's just overdone. Why did they need to pair up in the twisted universe (TWoRS) as it gets reset at the end and therefore carries no weight?

Yeah someone said they were seen but where are the pictures of those? I'm almost certain it's a shock value ending though as Rory had been through a lot for her and now it seems he wasted his time. But lets face it Amy treats him like dirt anyway so I don't blame him.

Well I didnt expect that. How can they divorce after all of their past experiences together? Then again lots could of happened when the doctor has been absent.. Cant say I am too fussed really but some how I am not so fussed on a Rory figure now either. It somehow seems pointless without being with Amy.

Assuming that it is Rory that leaves her, and it's not that she is responsible and has thrown Rory out (which to be honest sounds more likely as we know what Amy can be like).

Yeah but that would ruin the shot of her crying as how could we feel sorry for her at that point. Not that I'd feel sorry for her anyway, her character constantly walks that line of being irritating or whiny.
