Here is a theory, Rory ends up sacrificing himself to get the Doctor to Trenzalore and is killed by the Silence. Amy is left devastated but as the walls of reality break down around Trenzalore and the Doctor's Battle against the Silence, Amy steps into a alternate universe where Rory lives, as she struggles with the fact her real Rory is dead. The Doctor discovers that in that Reality Amy is Dead. As Alternate Rory joins them in this reality, the doctor defeats the Silence. When this is done, Reality is in repair and Rory sticks with Amy in our reality, but Amy tells the doctor she cannot face loosing Rory again so he drops them off Home, but in a twist the Doctor accidently leaves them 100 years in the future.

Rory has been sent to New York by a strange unknown man (who is bad)because he is needed to complete the angels plan to turn the Statue Of Liberty into an angel . The Doctor and Amy fly the TARDIS to the place where they find Rory strapped to a machine. The man sets a bomb off after realising he has failed.The Doctor tells amy that there is no chance of rory getting out alive so after an arguement between The Doctor and Amy,she decides to stay with Rory and tells him to get out. 10.9.8. The Doctor runs out the statue .7.6.5.4.3.2.1. A giant explosion and the statue is destroyed.Amy and Rory are dead.......

A Theory for Episode 5:

The Doctor,Amy and Rory visit New York, the Weeping Angels are back and are up to their usual tricks, but trying to use the Statue of Liberty, by changing it and modifying it to their use to become a massive Weeping Angel, in their attempts to stop the Angels, Rory is sent back in time. Rob, who is working with the Angels, captures Rory and leaves him to the Angels. Trying to locate Rory, Amy is also sent back in time, but the Angels are dying and she is just sent to the last place they can send people, the connection to New York in the Past. Amy and Rory find each other, but the Tardis is Destroyed and needs repairing, the Doctor cannot get their in time and Amy and Rory trap the Angels but in doing so trap themselves and the Angels, Amy and Rory are gone forever.

I don't know why, but I REALLY think that Rory has been a Ganger ever since he was struck by the Silence's lightning in the Lodger TARDIS when he was with River. I think at some point in Series 7, the Ganger is going to melt, and Amy's going to kill herself, knowing Rory has been dead for 'a long time'.

I had this little theory, well more of an idea as I know it won't happen but thought it could be quite cool if this were to be the end of the Ponds...(Ep 1 of S7) Amy and Rory in the TARDIS control room and Amy is asleep, she suddenly wakes up and says "Where am I?" Rory runs over and tells her she is in the TARDIS and she says "Of course I am yeah!" then the two are distracted when the Doctor runs in and they go off on an adventure. This sort of thing happens a few more times subtly in the following episodes (for example Amy and Rory are running from a monster and Amy says "BACK TO THE DOCTOR!" and Rory says "WHO...... OH RIGHT YEAH!") And it turns out that the Silence are following the Doctor, Amy and Rory and slowly erasing the Doctor from their memories before abducting them in episode 4, this is because the Doctor is at his weakest alone without Amy and Rory for moral support etc. So the Doctor tries his best to locate Amy and Rory and does so on the Fields of Trenzalore, at the very beginning of the universe, trapped by the Silence. He then has a big scene where he runs accross the fields towards a burning ring and when he runs up to the ring he dives through the flames and sees the couple strapped on harnesses and appear sleepy like Amy was in DOTM) he starts to sonic the the things holding their wrists and says "Don't worry Ponds the Doctor is in!" as he is doing this numerous Silents enter the ring and surround the trio. Amy says in response to the Doctor... "Doctor.... Who?" and suddenly all of the Silents shoot electricity at Amy and Rory, Doctor is blown to the side and begins screaming for them to stop whilst restrained by two Silents (this is all slow motion by the way and very epic) Amy turns to Rory as they struggle and calmly says " I love you" and they can just hold hands before there is a blinding column of light up to the sky and Amy and Rory are gone from their harnesses. The Silence then turn to the Doctor and start to shoot electricity at the Doctor who is tearing and puts up no fight. But the Silent is hit from behind by a bullet and falls as does the Doctor and revealed is the face of Jenna-Louise Coleman who is holding a gun and shouts "Keep away from my father! ". The screen fades to black as she runs towards the Doctor.

Just a theory about 11.3.6...

Moffo has said "The Doctor will meet a new friend in the last place he'd ever have expected..."

How about, there are two TARDIS' out there. The Doctor's and Jenna's character's. They both look the same, but the Doctor arrives back at what he thinks is his, but has arrived in another, spellbinding TARDIS, belonging to [insert character name here]. It isn't her's, but she's learned how to fly it, and she's been going places in it that she never thought she'd go to. (This may also explain the 'new TARDIS design' for S7).
