Well she did briefly appear in Army of Ghosts as her EastEnders character and as the two universes are apparently the same I don't see why not (which means EastEnders in the Doctor Who universe is probablly like The Only Way is Essex is in ours).

Product Enterprise were meant to bring one out a while back to go with their Kenneth Williams 12" figure. She was to be dressed in a pink nurse's uniform

Well, perhaps the title wasn't this title when it was first written................................you never know, it could have been a Noel Edmonds figure.
