UT? They have a problem with the photos getting out, but they have no issues with information.

We release information when we are ready. If we announce something, all forums ask is "What's next?"

The answer is: 'Wait and see!'

As for the silly rumours of this and that. People like to make up silly things without any facts. That's normal.

The best bet always has been look at what is on offer and decide if you want it or not. Do not try and second guess.

Corection, CO have the problem. UT are constantly on at the fans to send in suggestions but I haven't seen CO even once ask for anything other than our hard earned money.

Which is interesting if you think about it because with CO's own ranges they don't have a problem, but the exclusives are commisioned by either FP or UT and are not their own ranges yet they have massive problems with anything being revealed about them.

You haven't seen the lovely NDA web involved in the Football CB stuff. That would make your head spin.

Those were mock ups we had on general display. They were allowed out.

The final product is all still under wraps. The reasons are quite obvious if you even stop for a moment to thing about it, rather than trying to be clever.

Because CO haven't got the real product authorised by the copyright holders yet? Which was one of the problems I mentioned earlier in the thread, why are CO not getting these rights sooner rather than later?

There's that age old story of a figure supposedly leaking before the actor had been asked for permission to make a figure and they got annoyed and CO had to stop making the figure, the question we need to ask is why did CO make the figure before checking if the actor was alright with it in the first place and before any money had been spent?

Yet again you show you know far less than you think.

Of course the product at Toy fair is ok'd for showing. It is approved as a proof of intent.

....

Now I'm going to set out the basic process figures go through yet again as you seem to like deliberately misunderstanding and misquoting.

Figures go back for approval at every stage of production. Steps can be repeated if as sculpt or paint is not liked.

Intital concept, sculpts, paints, tooling, first shot plastic, preproduction, final packaging.

At any stage these can be rejected and thus deleted. An actor giving their go ahead at stage one 'Concept' does not equate to them giving approval at any other stage.

Now question has been answered in full.

End of thread.
