I'll wait until these come out first. Once that has happened, I'd probablly expect pictures of Tennant's figure then the four expansion packs shortly after it.

Nothing. In the initial announcement they mention there are descriptions of various characters getting expansion packs, but it is focused on the Doctors. There will be more expansion packs for the Eleventh Doctor though (one will include the Fez).

Just remember how the Doctor figure worked though, they structured it in such a way that the costumes parts could be split over multiple sets. So if they were to do an Amy they may choose to have a set based on say The Impossible Astronaut and The Almost People, or Amy's Choice and The Lodger. Slightly different costumes, but they can give the alternate versions but split parts over two sets.

Yup. Only 11th Doctor packs and accessories discussed so far. I was wrong when I suggested they would use standard body parts. BC are producing their own bodies, and these 'blanks' will allso be made available to help build additional figures with the extra costumes, etc that are to come.
I like the idea now, of a 'blank' figure on display, modeling a costume, with a Doctor figure posed beside it (them). Well, all this to happen after July.

Well, if you look at the various figures chances are these blank figures will be able to have parts replaced to make existing figures. It will probablly allow for a greater amount of freedom, such as with the Amy where the whole forearm has been textured due to the short sleeves.

Although it will be interesting to see how thing works, there are the costume packs with clothing, and there are the accessory packs with the accessories and extra body parts (like the Doctor's head with Stetson attached, or the Ganger head, and presumably eventually the Doctor's head with Fez attached).

We shall see, they are taking their time. But they are a new company and this is a new range, so there are bound to be some delays. Most people have stuck with them despite the severe delays and hopefully if these "delays" were just FP being a little bit generous with the release dates then there is still time for the other three figures planned for this year.
