i just looked on twitter and someone called SomeThingNotBlue tweeted saying there better be a rory figure soon
and UT said soon my friend soon which could mean thats the SDCC exclusive

I asked him about it, there's a couple of other characters that were denied as well and one of them is pretty extreme but not out of the question.

Yes, and also by the looks of things there's another new series exclusive coming "before the holidays" so that one could potentially be Rory as well.
