WE can only hope that because UT are hoping to expand their range of new series exclusives (even if it is to just two a year) that it will mean we have less of these sets taking ages to be released.

Had an email from FBI, Churchill and the Teatime 'Ironside' Dalek are still on a pre-order basis and are expecting the set to be released sometime this month. So not been released today sadly.

I didn't know the FBI had an interest in Doctor Who figures, mind you with CO being so secretive maybe they think something odd is going on.
