Don't think it's been mentioned so could Ace's lower half work for a Jamie figure?
I mean his legs would be very thin and he'd be wearing some odd shoes. Also Ace can barely stand up in my experience.
I can testify to this, the other morning I found her lying face first on the shelf of my display cabinet. It was like she'd had a night on the tiles or something.

Couldn’t agree more Avon. It’d be lovely to kitbash everything but it’s been explained to us time and time again that it’s just not possible. From what I understand of it, effectively the rule here is that you can do old sculpts, you can do sculpts or you can modify old sculpts to include new pieces, but you can’t just combine two old sculpts. The B&M Line has a limited budget so although there’s wiggle room for new sculpts, it’s minimal. Even the non-B&M line now has a large mixture of old and new parts just to get by.

As for potential figures they could do with just a pre-existing body and new head:

You could get Steven from The Celestial Toymaker using Toby Zed.

I’d say if we’re getting new headsculpts, best way forward is that Primeval Claudia Brown figure for Sarah Jane in her camo.

For Tegan I reckon the Androzani Peri is the closest you can get to a accurate Tegan body if you use it for an Arc of Infinity Tegan, although obviously the top is wrong. But the top is also wrong on the Two Doctors Peri so there’s wiggle room.

Is her name Deborah too? And is her surname... I dunno. Johnson. Jenkins. Jansen. Jacobson. Jameson. Jellico.
Al Dewar, if you are reading this, please give me a job/ all variants of all figures you have ever produced (delete as applicable).

Despite occasional claims to the contrary, the blessed St. Verity Lambert is not recognised by any major church.

I'd like to see a 1st Doctor set released next year, with Unearthly Child 1, Ian and Barbara, I think that'd be a good set and give us a complete TARDIS team for 1. The only problem is, I have no idea what could be kit-bashed to give us a good Barbara. Ian is easy to do, new head on a James Lester body, as already stated, but what could be used for a Barbara?

This whole new heads thing is actually really exciting, cause there's quite a few possibilities opened up for sets now.
