Post by Wholords2 » Mon Dec 02, 2019 7:41 pm

Looks like Al Dewar has confirmed a 5.5” wave of figures for series 11/12!

:o :o :o

This is very exciting! I'm guessing the assortment would also feature Yaz and Ryan and maybe a 13 variant?

By the way, I don't think "12 count" means 12 different figures since the TARDIS says 4 count, I think it's just the case sizes.

We're getting the box yeah, Al confirmed it a while back. It's not the fully resculpted one he originally showed, it's one that re-uses classic TARDIS bits instead.

This is beyond exciting news today along with the second Series 12 trailer! So is it confirmed that in the New Year (seeming likely to be February) we'll be getting our first wave consisting of;

1x 13th Doctor (Arachnids in the UK)
1x Graham O'Brien (Arachnids in the UK)
1x Ryan Sinclair (It Takes You Away)
1x Yasmin Khan (It Takes You Away)
1x Reconnaissance Dalek
1x Judoon Captain
1x TARDIS Exterior

Either that or the 13th Doctor will be the pink shirt variant that al dewar posted a picture of on twitter a while ago

Assuming that 13 with bag that Al showed is a thing that's actually going to be made, this sounds feasable. Pink shirt seems like it would make a lot more sense economically and most people would probably prefer it though. Al has said January but these things are always somewhat in flux so February seems a safe bet.

I'm really excited to see what it will look like, hopefully they get the weathering to look right. It's basically the same colours as a series 6 corroded Cyberman so hopefully they go for that effect. And judging by those series 12 set photos they may even get some re-use out of it!

So no, we aren't getting a new series scale box. I know the classic one looked quite nice, but it just isnt the correct scale if it's basically a classic box.

THE DALEK! That’ll be a must-have, at least when the proces come down.
Al Dewar, if you are reading this, please give me a job/ all variants of all figures you have ever produced (delete as applicable).

Despite occasional claims to the contrary, the blessed St. Verity Lambert is not recognised by any major church.
