My very basic timeline for 7

7 and Mel stuff
7 and Ace stuff
The Lost stories with 7, Ace and Raine
7th Doctor PDA arc
NEW ADVENTURES
The New Adventures of Benny 1 and 2
The Prisoner's Dilemma
Titan's 7th Doctor arc and early MR audios with 7 and Ace
7, Ace and Hex
7, Ace and Mel
*Ace leaves*
7 and Alt Klein
UNIT: Dominion
7, Klein and Arrowsmith
Latter 7th Doctor audios where he is travelling solo (Master, etc)
7's cameo in the Eleven > the TV Movie > 7's Regeneration.

Essentially, this is just placing one or two arcs and things not placed in SJ fan's audio only timeline.

Recently I’ve been toying with the idea of the Titan comics coming after the Ace and Mel stories but before Ace leaves because of the TARDIS interior.

Coincidentally, the Titan comics interior being different is exactly why I've placed my timeline like that. Let me explain.

Following the 80's late 5 - early 7 console room, we have the DWM comics interior, which is clearly shown to follow the the 80's console room. That is presumably the main interior of the TARDIS until Lungbarrow, where the TARDIS rebuilds itself to resemble the House of Lungbarrow, becoming more homely. If we assume that the TARDIS interior only took on the homeliness of the House, and that it's systems still used part of the former design (e.g. the DWM comics one) it's possible that the interior that resulted could have been the Titan one rather than the TVM one, though I'll have to read the relevant section of Lungbarrow to see if anything contradicts my theory (and yeah, there is mention of stone and the loss of functional white, but you never know, maybe it did look more stone and woody and became functional white again after the Doctor did something with the ARS).

Later, this interior would be reconfigured into the even more homely TVM version during the Doctor's travels with Ace and Hex.

The redwood panelling in particular is mentioned in Lungbarrow so it can’t be the same. I just assumed he kept the same design but changed the texturing to make it white again at a later date, but changed my mind because in The Settling he changes the 80s interior for the TVM one (though the writer later said History intention was for it to be a transitional console) so I assumed that the Titan comics one is the transitional one, which would put it After Mel leaves again, assuming that they don’t leave at the same time because there’s not a massive amount of space between Hex leaving and Mel rejoining.

Also his cameos in the Wormary and Thicker than Water.
Wait, the Ace and Mel stories are after Hex, That's annoying.

Yeah it is. And it’s a really tiny link as well, like if it wasn’t for a Hex reference in You Are The Doctor and Other Stories, The Ace and Mel Stories could easily go earlier.

I assume there's something else that says the Mel stories have to go after You are the Doctor?

Yeah, Signs and Wonders (Hex’s last story) ends with the Doctor telling Ace that he’ll teach her how to fly the TARDIS, then in You Are The Doctor, The Doctor is teaching Ace how to fly the TARDIS but they keep getting pulled off course and end up in various locations. Then in A Life Of Crime, Mel is reintroduced and it’s revealed that the locations from You Are The Doctor were places that Mel had recently visited because the TARDIS was trying to track her down.
