Re: George Lucas style Special Editions

Oooooh - maybe we need to start a ‘Snyder cut’ campaign As much as the words "Snyder cut" make my skin crawl, I would not be averse. :) Probably doomed, of course, but hell, eventually they'll be releasing all of the new series in classic series style blu-ray "collectors sets" full of extras, so wh...

Question -- Can you tell us if figures from the Whittaker era are off the table for the rest of the year?

Re: USA Toy stock now available

Bumping this up as a place for us Yanks to strategize on how to get these sets on our continent. I know there's always the eBay route, but I believe WhoNA managed to get their hands on the last round of sets, and I would encourage everyone to support the most faithful Whocentric retailer in the land...

Re: Chibs' Replacement?

I'm a big fan of JMS and his accomplishments, but his style seems really last-century, if I'm honest. Great, but not what the show probably needs to get back in the public eye. I'd prefer someone like Noah Hawley. Between Fargo and Legion , I think he's got what it takes. Bryan Fuller could also pro...

What I really want is an extended cut of "Twice Upon a Time." In an interview, Moffat said the first cut was "Longer than Dunkirk. The actual battle, not the movie." Which makes me think there was a more coherent story in there that got cut WAY down for time. Oooooh - maybe we need to start a ‘Snyd...

"Destiny of the Daleks" is actually really entertaining.
Only controversial in some countries. In France for example, its popularity is de rigueur.

Re: Chibs' Replacement?

But what brand of fantasy sci-fi fiction hasn't? MARVEL IS SUPERIOR, F#%& YOU D.C. FANBOYS! D.C. IS SUPERIOR, f#@! YOU MARVEL FANBOYS! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! etc. Sounds like the old "Star Trek" vs "Doctor Who" fights of the early 80s. (They've ruled out Kevin Smith haven't they?) Jesus Christ I...
