Re: General set proposals

Has anyone else seen this twitter? https://twitter.com/AndrozaniChap I stumble upon them every so often, they have really fun mockup sets, a lot of them I would love to see if they were real. Like this set for Terror of the Autons, they could totally make this, provided heads were compatible, I wou...

Re: General set proposals

On the other hand, this could've been easily papered over and satisfied most fans if, when the Doctor, (Cyber)Bill, Missy, and the Master stood at the lift, a "Wheel in Space" or "Earthshock" model had trundled out. One additional costume. Exactly - and like the Asylum episode I’m sure they’d have ...

Re: General set proposals

I loved the "History of the Cybermen" idea, but I think it does regrettably skip over some eras. Or require substantial new molds. Why not work them into something like this..... A History of Monsters (If not a repack repaint, then a new head/wrap/etc is implied. A new figure will be designated, and...

Re: General set proposals

Still causes a ‘grrrrrrrrrrrr’ that they didn’t show the full evolution in The Doctor Falls. It causes much more than a grrrrrrrr when they shoe horn the Cybusmen in. On the one hand, budget. I was pleased enough that we had more than one "Tenth Planet" model costume. On the other hand, this could'...

Re: The “Questions for The Lurker” thread

Consider - a lot of these news/speculative dates came to us here before someone shared Lurker posts within this forum outside of it. While I'm not certain, it would fit the chain of events for speculative teasers or updates to the prior schedule/release dates to be limited or kept from forums like t...

Re: Plot Hole Discussion Thread

- the need to explain why 12th Doctor looked like someone an earlier regeneration had met - er Maxil..... Sixth Doctor: Why have I chosen this face...? That's right! To remind myself I'm a huge pr*ck! ;) (Kidding, Sixie fans! Kidding!) Alternatively: Five tries to remind his successor that the Time...

Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

(I think they're being sarcastic) I mean possible but I assumed that once and seemingly offended someone by bashing a character assuming we were laughing together, and instead seemed to be laughing towards. Erring on the side of caution. ;) And on the flipside, to some New Series fan the quest I ha...

Re: Plot Hole Discussion Thread

The thing people seem to forget about the RTD era is for the time it was, and god I hate this word, "woke". -We had a celebrated bisexual companion who would then cement himself in one of the most sexual, explorative and adult shows of the 2000s. -We literally had an episode which absolutely oblite...

Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

So, I have to say, the less celebrated figures of 2006-10 are VERY easy to find on Ebay or in online sales lots. People aren't really asking big bucks for the Editor. And frankly, I think we're getting a 60s companion or screen accurate Ainley Master before a reissue of a minor character from Season...
