I split a Pyramids 4th torso today and lt has a neck post. I hope the Talons 4th would have the same but as its a 3rd Doctor base its not a neckpost head.
It has a peg added to the body, so the heads are compatible.

It must be compatible to have a Tom Baker heading there. Which does make me wonder about how the regeneration tom figure works behind the scenes

It's a peg moulded to the body. That's why it's incompatible with a Pertwee head. It's a different body mould entirely, possibly Tom's.

Does Harry's head have a peg or is it on the body?

Whoah... I just found TheCraftsMan via boinboing.net. If you have 11+ minutes or so, this is a great tutorial on how to make something look aged and rusted... with a lot of other useful tips along the way.

And it's damn near visual poetry.
