Ha! Fascinating.

And here I was hoping Liz Shaw actually married actress Louise Jameson in the fictional universe.
That sounds like an Iris Wildthyme story waiting to happen.

Of course, Iris Wildthyme once got trapped in a Liverpool jail with “Jean Marsh” and when someone broke the fourth wall, she managed to escape through it.

Ha! Clever.

Never having experienced any Iris Wildthyme stories, I can't decide if that makes me want to do so more or less. :)

There’s a whole audio episode devoted to being a parody of Caves of Androzani and The Twin Dilemma. Iris saves her companion’s life by feeding him a cheesecake made of bat’s milk and then regenerates into a teetotal male incarnation that her companion (a talking stuffed Panda) has trouble accepting.

Yep. Still on the fence.

The description makes me simultaneously more interested and less interested. No mean feat, that.

Completely agree. It's a rare latter day Big Finish project where the character work and plot is completely on point in spite of a truckload of Fan Service. (And none of that Fan service hinders the story at hand.)
