Amongst this set of figures posted on a large auction website in December 2008 is a prototype figure of a Holographic 9th Doctor. Though this figure was allegedly displayed by Character at Toy Fair 2008 it is not scheduled for release

Scarecrow (Beige) - From the Series 3 episode The Family of Blood (2007), the Beige Scarecrow variation. Found officially with Grey Tie and Brown Tie and in Blue/Black. This Scarecrow sculpt is the same as the Brown Tie version. But the beige scarecrow has not been released and exists only in prototype

There have been variations of the Doomsday Set but not yet a 12" version. This official looking 12" Doomsday Set may be a prototype

Prototype Mini RC Daleks in 4" scale from late 2005. Never reached production.
