The Mark II Cyberman with Arm Gun figure was released as part of Wave 4A. It has the flash with 'Wave 4' and is called 'Cyberman With Arm Gun'. Not to be confused with the 3.75" 'Cyberman' figure released as 'Series 7' that has the blue chest detail and arm gun Cyberman Blue Chest & Gun Arm from Series 7

The Wave 4 Cyberman with Arm Gun is taller than the previous Series 7 version, has a revised head sculpt and an 'open' chest light.
