After his project received over 10,000 votes on the Lego Ideas website, Andy Clark, an artist for a gaming company, will see his concept brought to life following approval by the Lego Review Board.

According to a February 2014 press release, the licensing agreement between BBC Worldwide and The Lego Group will see the new set released in all territories in which Lego operate "before the end of the year".
