This Rose Tyler figure is not a production figure and will never be released.

The figure is a prototype neutral-posed Series One Rose Tyler, commissioned by Character Options, and sculpted by Designworks Windsor.

Since some of the constituent parts were sculpted separately, the hairpiece, head and hands can be removed from the body. The figure is one of only three such hand-painted resin prototype approval models that were ever produced.

During the production process Doctor Who Action Figures can shrink by about 5%. However because this is a prototype, Rose stands a little taller than the production version at around 5.5 inches.
