- 12" American Flag Dalek 12" American Flag Dalek prototype sold in ebay charity auction for over £400. Came with Letter of Authenticity signed by Character's Head of Product Development. May 2015
- 3.75" First Shots Created as part of the development process of the action figure, first shots are used to check the quality of the tools before the figures go into mass production. They are normally unpainted and in odd colour plastics. 3.75 inch scale Assault Dalek shot in a Navy Blue Plastic, Weeping Angel shot a mauve shade plastic, and fully articulated Skovox Blitzer in blue and grey. - Scarecrow (Beige) From the Series 3 episode The Family of Blood (2007), the Beige Scarecrow prototype. Found officially with Grey Tie and Brown Tie and in Blue/Black. This Scarecrow sculpt is the same as the Brown Tie version, but the beige scarecrow has never been released.
- 12" Doomsday Set Although variations of the 5" Doomsday Set exist, there is no 12" version. Prototype versions exist of The Doctor with and without the 3D Glasses. The 12" Doomsday Set remains a prototype only 12" Doomsday Set Prototype
- Mini RC Daleks Prototype Mini RC Daleks in 4" scale from late 2005. Never reached production.
- 'Ghost' Cyberman 5" Prototype or paint experiment. Never produced. Has appeared in a picture for Tomarts magazine and on ebay.
